Surprisingly, this could be the nicest McDonald's I've ever been too. Online ordering, they give you a number and bring the food to you! Nuts right? They stopped by and asked if I needed ketchup or anything. I must be at a different restaurant. And I stopped here because I stormed out of Panera since the line was out the door.

First off. How do you replace sprite with seltzer. Second how can you mess up an order off your tablets. No onions means no onions. If the staff wasn't so busy playing around in the back maybe my food would be correct. What if I was allergic to onions? I'd be dead right now! Third my drink wasn't even full why should I have to pay full price. Disappointed. Truly truly disappointed.

Starting with the RUDE lady who took the order. Then having food that was like cardboard and a hashbrown that tasted SOUR! When I quietly told the manager she told me it might be the fryer oil and then offered me french fries made in the SAME oil! The coffee was disgusting and the restaurant while have nice decor smelled stale mildewy and moldy. Overall a horrible restaurant! But then I've yet to find a McDonalds in the area that is actually good.

After a late night run to Walmart for some last minute school supplies we decided to grab some food. I had my 6 year old with me so we got 2 cheeseburgers and 1 toy. If I could give my experience a zero star rating I would. Drove up to the window and when the intercom kicked on all I could hear is people laughing and talking, took a good minute for them to realize we were there (even though there was a car that had just passed through). After a finally got my order out after being interrupted twice so they could finish their conversation I was told to go to the second window. I pull up and the vehicle in front of me and the drive attendant were talking and the people in the vehicle were saying how an employee looked like a black side show bob... if I wasnt already spent and knew we had to get home whatever they were still waiting on their order. The real issue came after they got their order (granted both myself and son were annoyed at already being in the drive thru for about 15 minutes). My son even yelled let's go already ... which I laughed at because he says what I'm thinking. So now the drive thru girl went in and who i can assume was black side show bob (their words not mine) came to the window talking to the car that was already holding up the lane. And I kid you not I hear one person say eff them (talking about me and the 2 cars behind me) and the kid in the window goes yea its just a mom and her kid. After saying that they all stretch their heads out and look at the line of cars. I had it and pulled out of the drive thru lane and went home. Not worth my time or energy to go off on a bunch of kids who apparently have no respect for their job. Their shift leader is obviously lacking in their abilities too. My kid was a little annoyed he didn't get his toy but I told him its not worth it. Should have left after the initial intercom interaction.
